181 – Monday MamAffirmation: I love the sh*t out of me!

Hey mama. This is Mama’s Daily Dose, the short, actionable podcast for mamas who want more. I’m Meghan Q Barrett of allyoumama.com. Happy Love Day mamas also known as Valentine’s Day. So the MamAffirmation today goes along with the theme. And Mama’s daily dose is Monday, MamAffirmation: I love the sh*t out of me! Let’s get moving before we get interrupted.

First off, Happy Valentine’s Day. I hope everyone has a wonderful love day filled with love not only for others, but for yourself too. As mamas. I know you love your kids. Your kids know you love them. Everyone knows you love them. But how often do you show yourself love? How often do you say “Hey, I love you!” to yourself?

Can you look in the mirror and look yourself straight in the eyes and say “I love you.”

“I love the sh*t out of me!” and really mean it and really believe it because it’s often a lot easier to tell others that you love them. I mean think about how often you tell your children that you love them or your partner. And now think when was the last time you told yourself that you loved YOU. Because the love all starts from within you. So start telling yourself that you love you as much as you love everyone else around you. Because you, mama deserve that.

Mama your action today is to go in front of the mirror. It’s important today for this MamAffirmation, look in the mirror, look yourself in the eyes and say “I love the sh*t out of me. I LOVE THE SH*T OUT OF ME!” repeat it, repeat it. Repeat it. Have a fabulous Valentine’s Day. Show everyone some love, including yourself and have a great day free of mama guilt because you deserve it.
