164 – The SINGLE biggest influence on your life

Hey mama. This is Mama’s Daily Dose, the short actionable podcast for mamas who want more. I’m Meghan Q Barrett of allyoumama.com. Mama, who do you spend the most time with? It’s not your kids. It’s not your co workers. It’s not your family. It’s not your dog. It’s you. You spend the most time with your self. She’s always they’re always right there with you. Very similar to your children, even when you want a break from her. She’s still there. And our quote today comes from Oprah, “You are the single biggest influence in your life.” Let’s get movin before we get interrupted.

You are with her 24/7 Look in the mirror and there she is. You are with yourself every single day. So you have the biggest influence on your life. It all comes down to what a lot of personal development books and things call personal responsibility. That means that you take on full responsibility for your life, your emotions, your feelings and everything that is going on in your life. And when you take control of that when you take responsibility for your life, the wholeness of your life. That is when you are in control. That is when you get to dictate where you want to go, how you want to feel what you want to do. So know that you are in control and you have the biggest influence on you.

Mama your action today is to think about one thing you want to influence yourself on. What is one thing that you want to teach yourself, show yourself, feel for yourself whatever it is, how do you want to influence yourself today? I will see you tomorrow it is Friday and have a great day free of mama guilt because you deserve it.
