161 – Monday MamAffirmation: I make mistakes and that’s okay

Mama, we all make mistakes. We’re human. I make a crap ton of mistakes. I know you’ve made mistakes. Our kids certainly make mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes. I even just made one last week, I realized I said in the New Year Mondays are mama formation Mondays. And what did I do last Monday? No MamAffirmation. That’s cool. I made a mistake. We’re getting back to it this week. All right. So I make mistakes. And that is Oh, okay. Repeat it and keep repeating it every time you make a mistake. Those mistakes are just going to keep coming and they’re going to keep rolling in. So just repeat that MamAffirmation. I make mistakes and that’s okay. Don’t beat yourself up over it. Just acknowledge the mistake. Take some learning from it. Move on to the next one.
