There’s a big difference between difficult and impossible. But lots of people like to, you know, shade the line there a little bit and go back and forth. But once you decide that something is impossible, your brains like okay, not gonna do it. So even if you set this goal that you want to achieve, like you really want to lose weight, you really want to start that business. But you believe like deep down inside that it’s impossible. Your brains already shut it off. It’s already like, we’re not going to do it. Really. I know she wants to do it. But she thinks it’s impossible. So we’re just going to shut it down. But if you believe that it’s difficult, like it could be so extremely difficult, you have no idea how you’re going to do it, you don’t have all of the tools or anything. That’s cool, your brain is going to be like, alright, this is going to be real hard. But I think we can do it. Let’s get moving towards it. And you start taking those small steps that we’ve been talking about all week towards achieving that big, super difficult goal, because it’s not impossible.
Mama, I want you to look at your goal, and think hey, do I really think I can do this? Do I believe in myself that I can do this? Or do you think it’s impossible? Because it’s that feeling and that belief behind it. That’s going to get you to reach your goals.
