Any goal is great to have, you need to have a goal in order to know where you even want to go. But the only way that you can get there is to be specific. If your goal this year is, I want to make more money or I want to lose weight, I want to get healthier, I want to meditate. None of those are specific. They’re so vague, like what does healthy even mean? How much money do you want to make? How long are you going to work out for? Like, how much weight do you actually want to lose? What is the end goal there, and you need to be as specific as possible to get the results that you want. Otherwise, it’s really just like a wish, like, I really wish this would happen. I’m just gonna throw it out there. And just to do it, because I don’t want it I feel guilty. I think I should have some kind of goals. So I’m just going to throw this out there. But I’m not going to be really specifics. I don’t really want to work on it. But if you really want to achieve your goal, if you really want more, whatever that more is for you. You need to be super duper specific on it. If you’re not, how do you even know what road to take to get there? How do you even know when you get to your destination? So if you want those results, you need to be specific.
