150 – The secret to achieving your goals

I hope y’all have a great time tonight, I will certainly be in bed by like 9pm. But we’ll have a little fake New Year’s party around eight o’clock with the kids. No matter how you celebrate. If you are like most Americans, you’re gonna wake up tomorrow morning, and be like, okay, 2022 is my year, this is my goal, I’m going to achieve it. And then if you’re like 93% of Americans, you’re going to quit before you actually achieve that goal. So how can you make 2022 YOUR year? How can you actually achieve your goals this year, and Mama’s daily dose is… how to make 2022 YOUR year. Oh, let’s get moving. Before we get interrupted.

You know, the drill mama, you’re super excited in January, like I got this goal, I’m going to do it, it’s happening. And then life sets in, things get tough, you slip into bad habits. And before you know it, you’ve just quit your goal. And every time you try to set that goal again, it just gets harder and harder. So how do those 7% of people that set new year’s resolutions or goals actually achieve their goals. And they do it by setting clear goals that they are passionate about, like they have this driving, feeling that they have to achieve that goal. There’s no There’s no other way. There’s no quitting, because they feel so much for that goal. And they really truly believe that they will achieve that goal. There’s no Plan B, their plan A is happening. And it’s going to happen. So when you look at your goal for 2022 Do you really feel it like are you like this is happening, I am doing it, I really believe in myself and there’s, there’s no quitting, it’s going to happen. I know it. If you don’t. If you don’t feel that way about your goal, you’re gonna quit.
