Hey Mama, this is Mama’s Daily Dose, the short actionable podcast for mamas who want more. I’m Meghan Q Barrett of allyoumama.com. You may notice the intro was a little bit different yesterday, and today, and I’m switching it up a little bit, I have some new goals for the new year with the podcast. And what better time to start that then now you don’t need to wait until January one to start making changes. So this podcast, it is going to be exactly what it says it’s short, and it’s going to be actionable. Every day, you will have an action to take to get you towards whatever it is that is more for you. These next two days, we’re going to be going over what has happened in the past year, and how you can use that to move forward towards your goals in 2022. And Mama’s daily dose is… what went well this year? Let’s get moving, before we get interrupted.
I’m sure you can think of quite a few things that went well this year or wins that you had like big things that you achieved, or even small things that you achieved or just brought you joy, and made you happy. And that is what I want you to focus on today. I want you to make a list of all of your wins from this past year in 2021. What were the awesome things that happened for you, no matter how crappy you may have felt, your year has been there are positive things in there. And where your attention goes, your energy flows. So if you want positivity and joy and happiness, let’s focus on those good things that happen this year.
Mama, your action for today is to take out a piece of paper and I want you to write down at least three positive things that happened this year three wins. Three things that just went well. Nothing is too small. Nothing is too big. And have a great day free of mama guilt because you deserve it.
