Hey mama. This is Mama’s daily Dose. I’m Meghan Q Barrett of allyoumama.com. Welcome to the third week of November, believe it or not. So that means we have just over two weeks left of our 30 days of journaling our gratitude each day, three things you are grateful for. And if you just started listening, or you haven’t started yet, now is the best time to do so. Seriously. It takes a couple minutes. It doesn’t cost you anything. And there are only benefits to it. Just give it a try. If you don’t like it, then that’s cool. You at least tried it. And in theme with November, Mama’s daily dose is… who are you grateful for? Let’s get moving before we get interrupted.
Here is another idea to write down what you are grateful for, and who are people that you are grateful for people in the past people from today, the random dude you saw on the street that just smiled at you, and made your day just a little bit brighter. I’m a huge believer in everyone comes into our life for a reason. And everyone affects our life in some way or another. And whenever I get stuck on trying to think of the things that I am grateful for each evening, I look back on the day. And think of the people that I’m grateful for, who are the people that I ran in today, who are the people that I texted today, or that I talked to on the phone, even though we don’t really talk on the phone that much anymore, but maybe the receptionist at the doctor’s office was super nice and super helpful. But who are those people that you encounter today? That left a mark on your day, and that will leave a mark on your life. Take a look around we encounter so many people each and every day that can have an effect on your life if you let it. And let’s say you stayed home today, and you didn’t really see anybody who’s somebody in the past that you’re grateful for, that had some kind of impact on your life, maybe in your childhood, in high school in college, and then you can also think to the future. Who are you wanting to come into your life that’s going to brighten up your life? Are you looking for new friendships? Are you looking for a partner, show gratitude for those people that you also want to bring into your life
Mama you know the drill by now, grab that journal and write down three things that you are grateful for. And today, write down three people that you are grateful for. And quick reality check here.
